Doug Kasper

Doug Kasper has over 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry throughout BC

In the past nine years, he has directed his attention and specialized in Seniors Care and Residential Facilities. During this period, he has assisted development phases and overseen the construction of six new “Campus of Care” projects, numerous Assisted Living projects, and major renovations of existing facilities.

In addition, he has supervised the maintenance programs and personnel for eight operating care facilities. Doug has become an expert in the installation of all technical systems required in a seniors’ facility, such as security, DDC systems, Kitchen and Laundry layouts, as well as Nurse call systems. This knowledge is a valuable resource in the design and construction of new projects.

His strong work ethic, honesty and “hands on” approach to every project continues to ensure that the quality of each job is second to none in the industry.  His ability to communicate effectively with trades, project consultants as well as owners is what separates Kasper Developments from other companies.
