Kasper has completed and delivered on two projects with our company and is currently in the process of a third project. The projects have been in the residential care sector and involved the construction of a $20 million facility over two phases with 82 beds constructed in phase one and subsequent addition of 30 beds in phase two (approximately 8 months later). The current project is a $4.0 million renovation to an existing care facility that will continue to operate during this process which will require additional diligence to properly manage.

In each case, the projects have required general contractor services including estimating, tender issuance & selection, contract issuance, project management, payment processing and on-going reporting. In addition, the expectations for the project have been on-time and on-budget with close monitoring of safety and environmental practices. In short, Kasper has consistently met and/or exceeded our expectations. Kasper has an extensive network of connections that are easily accesses for trade selection and his company team is very skilled and service focused. In addition, Kasper personally monitors the projects and ensures regular reporting of progress and issues to the owners.
